Reveal Terms of Use

Service and agreement

Reveal is intended for dating, games and communication between adults. The project operator is Dzmitry Maiseyenka, contact Botikigames@gmail.com. Before using cloud features, acknowledge the privacy policy and accept this version of the terms; only people aged 18 and over may use the service. Do not create accounts for others or give outsiders access.

Account and safety

Provide your true age and use photos and materials you have the right to use. You are responsible for protecting account access; report any compromise. We do not guarantee another participant's identity, intentions or safety. Do not send money to strangers or disclose access codes, and plan in-person meetings carefully.

User materials

You retain rights to your materials. You grant a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, technically process and display them solely to provide requested features, maintain safety and meet mandatory retention requirements. This does not permit selling conversations or using them in advertising. Ordinary use ends after deletion, apart from disclosed, justified exceptions and the technical completion of cleanup.
Follow the Community Guidelines. Violence, threats, harassment, fraud, spam, unlawful content, publishing others' data, sexual materials involving minors and intimate materials shared without consent are prohibited.

AI and game results

Reveal includes AI participants. They are not real people, do not guarantee truthful answers and do not replace a doctor, lawyer or emergency assistance. External AI processing takes place after the relevant consent. If you decline, cloud features that depend on AI and its moderation are unavailable; documents, account deletion and local modes remain accessible.
In the local Red Flag and This or That modes, the current percentages are demonstrations, not results of real voting. The interface must clearly indicate this. Displayed activity does not guarantee an available conversation partner. These provisions do not justify misleading presentation.

Restrictions and appeals

Where there is a justified risk, the service may hide content or restrict an account. Context, evidence and human review are used; the number of reports alone does not prove a violation. A restriction includes its grounds and an available appeal route unless disclosure would create a risk or is prohibited by law. Content can be reported in the app; a decision can be appealed or discussed with support.

Payment, termination and availability

Subscription sales are not implemented in this version, and no paid benefits are promised. If purchases are introduced, the price, duration, automatic renewal/cancellation rules and mandatory consumer rights will be provided before payment; new terms will not apply retroactively. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an external store subscription.
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of failures, maintenance or AI limits. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a successful dating outcome. These limitations do not exclude mandatory liability or consumer rights. You can stop using the service and initiate deletion at any time.
The relationship is governed by the rules determined by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection in your country of habitual residence. We do not restrict the right to contact a competent court or supervisory authority, or require a mandatory waiver of statutory rights. To make a complaint, contact the project and describe the problem without unnecessary sensitive data.
